What is required to rent a golf cart?

To rent a cart, you must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a credit/debit card for the security deposit.

Do I need insurance to rent a golf cart or other rentals?

While we do not provide insurance, renters must show proof of valid auto insurance. If your insurance does not extend to golf carts, please notify us before booking.

Can I drive the golf cart on public roads?

Golf carts and other rentals can be driven on private property, campgrounds, and approved resort areas. Some communities allow street use, but it is the renter’s responsibility to comply with local laws and regulations. Always check with local authorities before driving on public roads.

How long does the battery last on an electric cart?

Electric carts typically last 6–8 hours on a full charge, depending on usage and terrain. We recommend charging overnight to ensure a full day of use. If using a gas-powered cart, be sure to monitor fuel levels and refill as needed.

What happens if the cart breaks down?

If you experience an issue with your rental, contact us immediately. We will provide assistance and, if necessary, replace the cart. Please note that misuse or neglect may result in additional charges.

Can I take the golf cart off-road?

No, our golf carts are not designed for off-road use. Driving on rough terrain, beaches, or non-designated trails may result in damage and additional repair costs for the renter.

What happens if I return the cart late?

Late returns may be subject to additional charges based on the rental agreement. If you need an extension, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid penalties.

Are pets allowed in the golf carts?

Yes, but pets must be secured and supervised at all times. Any damage caused by pets may result in additional cleaning or repair fees.

Do I need to return the golf cart with a full tank of gas or a charged battery?

Yes, all gas-powered carts are provided with a full tank of gas and must be returned the same way. If the cart is returned with less than a full tank, a $5.00 per gallon refueling fee will be charged. Electric carts charger must be returned. Renters should verify that their location has the proper electrical outlet and access to charge the cart as needed during the rental period prior to rental confirmation. Failure to return the charger may result in an additional replacement fee.

What happens if the cart is damaged or someone is injured during the rental?

Renters are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during the rental period. They also assume full liability for any injuries or damages caused while operating the cart, including to themselves, passengers, or others.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance are eligible for a refund, minus a small processing fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the rental period may be non-refundable. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your reservation.
